DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>Sabato 7 ottobre alle 21.00</strong>, presso la <strong>Basilica
  dei SS. Siro e Materno</strong> in piazza Conciliazione a <strong>Desio</s
 trong>, si terrà il tradizionale concerto che il Coro Città di Desio organi
 zza in occasione della festa patronale. Il concerto, che rientra nel più am
 pio progetto ideato dall’Associazione Coro Città di Desio intitolato <em>Pr
 oposte musicali per Desio che vive l’arte</em>, patrocinato dal Comune di D
 esio e da Fondazione Cariplo, è realizzato dal Coro Città di Desio in colla
 borazione con la Parrocchia e con il sostegno di <strong>Fondazione Cariplo
 </strong>.</p><p>I brani eseguiti spaziano dal Cinquecento al Novecento, co
 n qualche incursione tra i compositori contemporanei.<br />Insieme al <stro
 ng>coro</strong>, come sempre diretto dal maestro <strong>Enrico Balestreri
 </strong>, sono previsti anche interventi di <strong>organo</strong> (Enric
 o Balestreri, Ugo Colombo), <strong>flauto</strong> (Alessandro Monga), <st
 rong>tromba</strong> (Gioacchino Burgio, Riccardo Tresin) e <strong>trombon
